What devastating news. I was just telling my fiancé last Friday—after our very first visit—that this had become one of my favorite restaurants, and I was hoping it wouldn't be our last time there. The food at Pacific Rim was outstanding. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, the curry was rich and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. They have a beautiful space with both indoor and outdoor seating that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I'm truly saddened to hear this news. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and everyone affected. I sincerely hope Pacific Rim will be able to reopen one day. Stay strong. ❤️

Amazing sushi and chicken pad thai! Cat our server and bartender was great! She made some delicious cocktails! Will definitely be back!

I have eaten here a couple times over the past few years. Today will be my last day setting foot in this place. I stopped in for lunch to get a carryout sushi roll. As soon as I get back to my desk to eat there is a cockroach on the sushi. I asked for the manager-not sure if she was the manager or not. As no one came to address it when she took it back. She apologized, but it didn’t seem like it was a big deal. In my opinion! Always check your food if you plan on eating here. Actual nightmare!

Pacific Rim has some of the best sushi and food around, and the servers are always great. Unfortunately, every time we come, the experience gets dragged down by the hostess/front desk staff. Whoever is handling seating and phone calls consistently comes across as rude, cold, and snotty, which really hurts the overall atmosphere. It’s frustrating because the kitchen and wait staff do such a good job, but the first interaction walking in almost always leaves a bad impression. Hoping management addresses it because the food itself keeps us coming back.

Would be 5 stars but the snotty little girl at the host stand ruined that! Keep in mind that this review is actually from earlier in the year but still… my friend and I walked in and asked to be seated inside and the girl immediately said there is nothing available inside…you have to sit outside….as I’m looking around 3/4 of the tables inside are empty so I actually mentioned that, she proceeded to tell me that they’re all reserved and you have to sit outside… I knew that wasn’t true but we walked out… then I walked back in….acted like I was going to sit in the bar and then asked the bartender if the tables in the dining room were actually all reserved…she laughed and said not at all, then she asked if that’s where we wanted to sit…and she took it upon herself to seat us inside in the main dining room….we walked past the snotty girl on the way to the table and she gave us a dirty look, don’t lie and cause the business that you work for to potentially lose business!! Besides that fact the service from our waiter was excellent and the food was superb!!
